The current version of GIMP is 2.6.8. However, no
documentation - HTML or PDF - is currently available for Version 2.6.8. What we
have is the LATEST and ONLY PDF version of GIMP Version 2.6.6. NO
OTHER PDF Version is available anywhere on the Internet!
